AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Entrance to our haunted attraction is at parental discretion. We do not impose age limits, however, Purgatory Scream Park is a VERY scary haunted house. You have been warned.
WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
ABOUT HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH?
Average walkthrough will take about 30 - 45 minutes, but will vary with each group depending on how they react when scared.
ABOUT HOW LONG ARE THE WAIT TIMES?
Wait time will depend on when you come. Some nights are busier than others, but whenever possible we run until all in line have a chance to go through.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No refunds are offered for any reason. If you lose your ticket, you will have to purchase another one.
DO YOU HAVE A FAST PASS?
Yes, its called VIP ticket. The VIP line is far shorter than general admission and includes, when available, admission to the Last Ride.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES?
Yes! groups of 20 or more receive $10 off each ticket when all tickets are purchased together.
DOES IT COST TO PARK?
There is no charge for parking.
WILL I BE TOUCHED?
All of the elements that must be combined to create a terrifying Scream Park experience, such as; close quarters, dim lighting and improvisational acting, ensure that you will likely be touched.
WHAT IF I AM TOO SCARED TO FINISH?
Don't worry, you will be. Too scared to finish, that is. In the event of an emergency, though, we do have exits that one can be quickly released again to the outer world.
DO YOU STAY OPEN NO MATTER THE WEATHER?
Yes! If it is at all possible to run we will be there to do it!
CAN I BRING A SERVICE ANIMAL?
By law service animals are permitted to be any where that their handler is allowed to go with very few exceptions. Service animals are always welcome at the Scream Park, however, it is certainly advisable that the safety and well being of the animal be taken into consideration before exposing them to such an intense environment.
WHO SHOULD NOT ENTER?
Warning DO not enter if you suffer from: Asthma, Heart Conditions, Seizures, or any mental, physical, respiratory, or other medical condition. This Haunted Attraction utilizes dim lighting, loud noises, fog, moving props and actors intending to scare you. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Part of our attraction is wheelchair accessible, but not all. Talk to a manager to see what accommodations can be made.
DO YOU OFFER FOOD OR DRINK?
We sell Chips, Candy bars, Soda and Monsters. On most nights we also have a food truck that will sell Snow cones and other delicious treats!
IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED?
No. For the safety and consideration of all of our customers and staff, smoking and vaping are not allowed in any of our lines or inside of the attraction.
CAN WE WEAR HALLOWEEN COSTUMES?
No one will be allowed to enter the attraction if they are wearing a mask. This is for the safety of the staff and customers.
